In 1993 Welcome Home’s founder was trying to figure out what to do after graduating from business school. After reading Do What You Love and the Money Will Follow, she had an idea! She knew she loved cleaning and was interested in business. And so, Welcome Home was born!

Heather joined Welcome Home in 2004 as a cleaner. Her friendliness, attention to detail and customer service led her to become a manager as soon as a position was open. Heather’s many skills are crucial to the success of the company. She welcomes contact with customers and is instrumental in creating a professional and supportive atmosphere. Her background in food services (she’s a great cook!), HR/Social Work and juggling work and homelife go a long way to helping her handle every situation!


Cyndi joined Welcome Home as Assistant Manager in 2015. She moved back to Michigan after many years managing a cleaning company in Texas and we’re glad she did! Cyndi is friendly, supportive, experienced and a problem-solver. She’s committed to our customers and employees.
